Eclipse: unable to find R after updating Android ADT to version 23.0.5

I have updated the eclipse ADT from version 22 to 23.0.5, but after the update, it gives an error that R cannot be found. I have restarted several eclipses, but the problem still exists. What may be the problem? Please refer to the SDK status attached below

Android SDK build tools is not installed on your computer. Just install Android SDK build tools version 19.1, which should solve the problem
