(1) Property fee: the property fee function is mainly composed of property fee payment, query and recharge functions.

Although the title of our paper does not require UML based curriculum design, at the request of the paper teacher, our paper documents must be UML based system development. Therefore, in UML diagram, use case diagram and flow chart are essential, and the use case description format in use case diagram must comply with the format requirements of the above table. Although the flow chart in UML diagram is not the above diagram language, we also need to describe the whole process of the whole system. Flow chart is an external entity class. In order to complete a function, it completes the function through the information processing of system boundary class and system internal class.
