I'm using it from kotlin, but when I synchronize it in the project, a bellows error occurs:
Error:Could not find org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-gradle-plugin:1.1.2-3.
Searched in the following locations:

"1.1.2-3" is not available in jcenter repo, nor is it available in your file system
When I check that the latest version 1.1.2-2 of jcenter was last updated on April 28, 2017, please use version 1.1.2-2 instead of 1.1.2-3
ext.kotlin_version = '1.1.2-2'
