Android – what is the best way to get root access to genymotion devices?

I am a novice in Android development. I look for my package database in the data / data folder. I can't find my package in the data / data folder. I only find the "con" folder (as shown in the figure below)

Someone suggested that my device doesn't have root access. He suggested checking it. I checked it by using rootecker. The result is "the device doesn't have root access"

Then, I downloaded the "genymotion configuration" to set my device as the root. Open it and check the option "always allow Su access (bypass the superuser application)". And click "save". It needs to be restarted. I press OK to restart. Unfortunately, this process will not stop. Like this picture

What is the solution to my problem?

resolvent:

In fact, this folder is not a con folder. Just add the name box and you will get the full names of all folders listed in the data / data folder
