The selected device is not compatible – Android studio

I have solved this problem before, but I can't now. I need to fix it permanently. When testing my application, everything in Android studio is going well. I now encounter the problem "the selected device is incompatible". When I run the application, I want to know how to keep it from reading my phone's API as 1 instead of changing my minsdk to meet this problem, If possible

Editor: literally, I just found a fix. I'm not sure if it's permanent. I just restored the default settings in the development options, turned off USB debugging and turned it on again. That's the trick
