Android – how to switch the action bar when touching maps such as Uber

I have implemented a map, whose behavior is similar to that of Uber application, that is, in the center pin, mapping and dragging under the pin, and the pin obtains the position from the map. However, I can't realize the touch event to switch the action bar, which is just Uber. Please help me realize this function. First, I use the support map fragment, but setting the touch event requires a view, So later I used MapView. Below is my code:
