Java – how is this eclipse view formed?

I am developing an eclipse plug-in, which will add a new context menu. When clicked, a dialog box will pop up, and users can choose from the list of things to install

So my question is: do you know how to make this interface? This is HTML. If so, what should I do? Or is this a custom swing control, or is it like this? I am new to Java, so I may not ask this question correctly, but any help will be appreciated
