java – System. Does the out object belong to system class or printstream class?

I'm a novice in programming and just started learning Java I'm curious, object system Does out belong to system class or printstream class?

I mentioned a textbook, Java concepts 4 / e. the textbook points out that to use the out object in the system class, it must be used as a system Out reference, but later in this book it declares system Out belongs to class printstream

I have searched Google and stack overflow, but all the answers are hard for me to understand
