Java – eclipse Mars toolbar entries have several blanks

I have updated the moon from the moon to Mars, and there is a big gap in the toolbar entries Right clicking a toolbar and pressing restore hidden toolbar entries does nothing

Is there any reason to return the spacing or method to normal?

After I tried everything, helping me, including recreating the workspace, is to open a new eclipse window (Window > new window) There is no gap in the toolbar, and the toolbar can be edited again So I closed the wrong window and restarted eclipse I haven't seen this problem since then
