Unit of measure API in Java?

Which jsr-275 units implementation should be used? The project owner mentioned that the implementation would be ready at jsscience at the end of last year, but did not find any conversion between weight or length units when I was in https://maven.java.net/ Looking for jsscience, I found it, but the jar is not even in the directory https://maven.java.net/content/repositories/snapshots/org/jscience/jscience/5.0-SNAPSHOT/ So I have to get it from other places

Is this project lagging behind? Is there an implementation of converting units of measure in Java, or even Maven buy back?
