Java – how to use eclipse Ini?

I want to include the following without having to hard code the absolute path of the JDK:

-vm
%JAVA_HOME%\bin\javaw.exe

But it didn't work, and eclipse complained about the lack of JDK

By the way: CMD echo% Java_ Home% displays the correct path
