JSTL FMT (format format) tag usage arrangement commonly used in JSP

JSTL tag provides support for internationalization (I18N). It can display different languages according to different regions of the requesting client. It also provides methods to format data and date. I18N capable formation tags library is required to realize these functions. Used to convert date type to string type date

Used to convert a string type time or date to a datetime type

< FMT: settimezone / > label

Used to set the default time zone or store the time zone in the property range
