Java – build error: Jack needs build tool 24.0 0 or later

I use the RX Library in my android project, and for some reason, I need to build Gradle as:

You have changed buildtoolsversion due to an error

buildToolsVersion "23.0.3"

to

Buildtoolsversion "24rc3"

or

Buildtoolsversion = "24.0.0 RC1"
