Spring cloud uses feign to implement an example of form submission

Previously, the author wrote "uploading files using spring cloud feign". Recently, a colleague was docking with the legacy struts antique system and needed to use feign to submit form. In fact, the steps are similar. The attached steps are a supplement to the previous one.
