Java – layout preview rendering problem: porterduff color filter is not supported

After creating the navigation drawer activity in Android studio 1.4, the IDE will automatically generate some XML files

Graphic preview in layout editor may be inaccurate: – porterduff color filter is not supported

This is my activity_ navi. xml

I try from activity_ navi. Delete these lines from the XML and the preview effect is good:

I just found that if I change the API level to 20 or 21 in the layout preview, the problem disappears! I chose API 19

I encountered the same problem and solved it This is because your SDK version is too low or your Android version is too low This problem can be solved by changing the SDK version, or you can update your SDK version
