Java – Maven cannot find dependencies

I use Maven 3.1 Version 1 I'm trying to compile with dependency springs I see that this should exist in Maven through the following website:

Update 2: delete the existing repository and rerun MVN compilation I still receive errors

Solution
Look at the central repository
If you search spring WS, you will find that there is only one POM file available for download for you in POM The exact content specified in XML
It looks like you might want to use spring WS core as follows:
