The Linux system reports an error when the virtual machine starts. This host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled
An error is reported when using the virtual machine to start Linux, as follows:
The virtual machine is configured to use a 64 bit client operating system. However, 64 bit operations cannot be performed.
This host supports Intel VT-x, but Intel VT-x is disabled.
Intel VT-x may be disabled if Intel VT-x has been disabled in BIOS / firmware settings, or if the host has never rebooted since changing this setting.
(1) Verify that Intel VT-x is enabled and trusted execution is disabled in BIOS / firmware settings.
(2) If one of these BIOS / firmware settings has changed, restart the host.
(3) If you never restart the host after installing vmware workstation, restart it.
(4) Update the BIOS / firmware of the host to the latest version.

Solution: restart the computer and enter the BIOS
Select the configuration option,
Select Intel virtual technology, press enter, and select enable Save and exit OK
(this option is not necessarily in configuration. Each computer is different. I forgot whether the Lenovo g470 is in configuration or config. The ThinkPad is in security. It doesn't matter where it is. Go first, find Intel virtual technology one by one, and set it to enable.)
