Submit is null because it is not an activity_ main. Part of XML

When you call findViewById in Activity, you will find a View. in the layout of Activity.

Replace with:

Submit = (Button)loginDialog.findViewById(R.id.Submit);

Another thing: you use

android:layout_below="@+id/LoginTitle"

But what you want is possible

android:layout_below="@id/LoginTitle"
