Java – stability of Guice 3.0 beta

Guice 3.0 beta is currently in beta (November 2010) As a Guice 2.0 user, I am particularly interested in the new hibernate persistence integration (I believe it is a substitute for Guice warp project) I have some questions. I really want to hear from people who have used Guice 3.0:

>How stable is the beta? Can it be used for production purposes? > Is the API stable? Still under development? > Is there any target date for the final version?

>I think everything is stable in terms of production preparation I believe Google has been using the latest code. I know Maven 3.0 and nexus are using slightly modified Guice 3.0. > I don't think they have frozen some things and said "there are absolutely no further API changes before release", but I don't think it can be just a small change. > Sam Berlin, one of the people involved in Guice's work, said he hopes to get 3.0 points by the end of the year... But the more they test snapshots and feedback on their mailing list, the better
