Audio / video capture in phonegap / Cordova using external Java plug-ins

I am developing an Android application using phonegap / Cordova and JavaScript I want to use an external Java plug-in to include audio / video capture in a specific HTML div of my application

Or some mechanism, I can have a Java based widget that will be on the same screen in a specific location (instead of completely replacing the current view and occupying the whole screen)

I searched the Internet, but I couldn't find an effective way Can anyone suggest me to deal with this problem in any way?
