JBuilder runs slowly (XML, web module)?

For a while, when opening a web module or XML file in jbuilderx, JBuilder became very slow, or the web module and XML file could not be opened at all. I had been looking for it for a long time and didn't know why. Some people say that the memory is small, others say that the DTD used by XML files should be set locally, and some say that changing the configuration file of JBuilder is unsuccessful. And I don't think it's a memory problem. In fact, it is very simple to solve this problem, that is, install your JBuilder into the root directory of a disk. If it is installed in the program files directory of a disk, the above-mentioned very slow phenomenon will appear. It may be that there is a problem in the path search of JBuilder. And install to the root directory, everything is OK.
