Deploying Java Web applications online

I have built a Java Web Application on eclipse However, I am naive in making applications, that is, online deployment I have tried to use cloudbees and successfully deployed it in Run @ cloud, but I can't see it actually running I haven't bought any domain names yet, so I want to try on any free domain names first If I want the application to work, what are the specific steps I will follow?

Solution

Using RedHat openshift cloud

RedHat openshift is a cloud based service that provides PAAS (platform as a service), that is, use its server and upload our projects

RedHat openshift also provides mysql, postgre and mongodb

Easy to understand, easy to configure and automatically scalable

RedHat openshift supports:

RedHat openshift – Google App Engine (gae) has other options However, gae limits the use of some classes in the trial version of verison

Openenshift remains open, and users can use and configure it no matter what they want
