Java – can I open several instances of eclipse at the same time?

I wonder if I can open several instances of eclipse at the same time I am using it for java development I know that I can open several files of different projects at the same time (at least in my opinion), but whenever I try to open a second instance, it will display the following message:

Is there any simple way to open several instances of eclipse, each with a different project?

You can create multiple workspaces (preferences / startup, tick@R_343_2419 @To ask each startup)

Or more likely, I think window / new window will open a second eclipse view window on the same workspace
