Java – wicket – which ORM?

I am looking for an ORM that is easy to use and integrated for wicket applications I'm thinking about hibernate Is this a good choice? What are the possible problems with wicket / Hibernate? Any other suggestions are welcome Thanks for your help.

Due to some delayed loading and relationship related problems, I recommend using eclipse link on Hibernate Integration is basically the same

With an additional access layer, virtually any ORM should be easy to insert
